Find the rickshaw in the back corner and use Short Round's wrench to repair it. Rickshaw Cost: 25,000 studs After beating the 2nd Story Level, return to the Shanghai neighborhood with Short Round. Short Round's Car Cost: 30,000 studs This car can be found in the Shanghai neighborhood after you complete the 2nd Story Level.
